This hotel is perfect for a holiday as it offers great value for money. The location is very quiet, just 2 minutes from the beach, and also very convenient with supermarkets, ATM machines, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff provided good and strong service, which was appreciated.

This hotel offered great value for money. The prices were reasonable and the included breakfast was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The basic amenities provided, such as air conditioning and twin beds, were satisfactory. The location was ideal as it was just a short walk, approximately 100m, to the beautiful beach. Additionally, the rooms with a view and balcony were a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy the surroundings.

Although everything was generally fine, there is room for improvement in certain areas. Some attention to detail is needed, as there were a few minor issues with the air conditioning.

the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in the well-maintained rooms, which had huge but firm beds, twin beds, and included amenities like AC and a balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast, which was included in the rate, was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

The value for money at this hotel is undeniable. It is a 20min taxi ride from Phuket Airport, a 5min walk from what I consider as easily the best beach in Phuket and the free breakfast provided is enough to keep you going for a whole week let alone the day. The facade of the building is very modern and pleasing to the eye. It balances well with the other more expensive Boutique Hotels in Surin beach, but is only a quarter of the price. The rooms are modern and well maintained.

The main negative point to this hotel is the shower. The water pressure is almost non-existent, about the same strength as a dripping tap. It will take you double the time to clean yourself than a normal shower. You are better off using the hose next to the toilet or better yet the showers located on the beach. They have a number of CCTV cameras dotted around the hotel which after being accused of stealing one of the hotels umbrellas by the housekeeping department were proved to be out of order. The Front Office have no idea about the surrounding area or facilities, so best stick to your guide book.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both the beach and a nearby supermarket. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The staff provides good service and a complimentary breakfast is offered.

The hotel seems to lack adequate hot water supply which made showering uncomfortable.

Great stuff and perfect place if you look for a place to chill out

The rooms were nicely furnished and had good air conditioner that you could regulate temperature.

Thought that as the Hotel was so quiet they could have given us a room with a view and was disappointed they did not suggest we move when it was found a light was faulty. Found all breakfast came out at once rather than waiting to finish one course before next course came out this meant food was cold before chance to eat (common gripe in Thai restaurants so learnt to order one thing at a time).

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. the value for money was unbeatable - I paid a reasonable price and got so much more in return. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - from the well-decorated rooms to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was meticulously taken care of. The location was also perfect, as the hotel was just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach, making it incredibly convenient for a leisurely stroll whenever I wanted. Additionally, the included breakfast was a great perk, providing a variety of options to suit different tastes.

All in all, I couldn't find any fault with this hotel.
